Privacy Policy

We collect the bare minimum to run a software business. We don't sell anything. We don't track you. We don't know what you're doing inside the app because we deliberately built it so we can't see.

• Purchase information your name, email, and payment details when you buy. This is handled entirely by Whop. We see that a purchase happened. We don't handle your card details at all — Whop does.
• Contact form submissions if you message us, we receive that message. We use it to reply to you. That's it.
• Nothing else. There is no analytics SDK in Xenegade OS. No telemetry. No crash reporting that phones home. No usage tracking. The app runs on your machine, for you, privately.

• —Your files, your data, your XenBrowser history — all local
• —Your AI conversations — go directly from your machine to whichever provider you chose (Gemini, GPT, Claude). They never touch our servers because we don't have servers in the middle.

Xenegade OS connects to services you choose to connect. When you use Spotify inside Xenegade OS, Spotify's privacy policy applies to that interaction. When you use Claude via Gold tier routing, Anthropic's privacy policy applies. We are the connector, not the collector.

We're not going to sugarcoat this. There is nothing wrong with letting your children use Xenegade OS. It is a private executable that runs on your machine — not a social media platform, not a chat app with strangers, not a data harvesting operation dressed up as entertainment. It's a desktop workspace. If your child is old enough to use a computer productively, Xenegade OS is fine. We have no age gate because we don't need one.

We keep purchase records as required by Australian tax law. Contact form messages we keep until the issue is resolved. That's the extent of it.

Under Australian Privacy Law you have the right to ask what we hold about you and request its deletion. Since we hold almost nothing, this conversation will be short. Email us via the contact form.

If something meaningful changes, the date at the top updates and we note what changed. No surprise policy rewrites.
