How to represent Axiom Systems and Xenegade OS correctly.

Last updated: July 2026

1.

Who This Is For

Anyone writing about, covering, reviewing, or referencing Axiom Systems or Xenegade OS — journalists, YouTubers, bloggers, forum posters, or just someone making a recommendation to a friend.

2.

The Names

Company: Axiom Systems
Product: Xenegade OS 2.1 Helix
Short form: Xenegade OS (acceptable), Xenegade (informal, acceptable in casual context)

Never:

  • Axion Systems (wrong spelling)
  • Xenegade 2.1 OS (wrong word order)
  • XenegadeOS (no space)
  • xenegade (lowercase — it's a proper noun)
  • Helix OS (Helix is the version name, not the product name)
3.

How To Describe It

Correct:

  • "An AI-native desktop environment that runs on Windows"
  • "A premium workspace application with built-in AI routing"
  • "A desktop OS simulation with real integrations"

Incorrect:

  • "A Windows replacement" — it runs on top of Windows, not instead of it
  • "An AI chatbot" — it is a full desktop environment, not a chat interface
  • "A virtual machine" — it is not a VM
  • "Vaporware" — every feature that is advertised works
4.

The No-Fakes Rule — Don't Misrepresent It

If you are writing about Xenegade OS, please only claim it does things it actually does. We put enormous effort into making sure everything works — don't undermine that by exaggerating features it doesn't have or hasn't shipped yet. If you're unsure whether a feature exists, ask us via the contact form.

5.

Logo and Visual Identity

Primary colour:Electric blue (#4fa3ff) or deep violet (#7c5cfc)
Background:Near-black (#0a0a0f) always — never place the logo on white
Font:Inter, Space Grotesk, or Sora

Do not recolour, stretch, or place the logo on light backgrounds

Do not use the logo to imply endorsement or partnership without written permission

6.

Screenshots and Recordings

You are welcome to use screenshots and screen recordings of Xenegade OS for reviews, tutorials, and coverage. We encourage it. Please make clear in your content that the screenshots are from the actual software — do not crop or edit them in ways that misrepresent what the product does.

7.

Tone Reference

Axiom Systems is honest, direct, slightly self-aware, and never corporate. If you're quoting us or writing about us in a way that sounds like a Fortune 500 press release, you've got the tone wrong. We said our product would be buggy in the launch ad. That's the vibe.
